Venus de Milo

My wife and I have had baked stuffed lobsters for years for our anniversary the largest ones they sell.Last June L bought two, one large and one medium,because they only had one large .They were the worst lobsters we ever had.They were not fresh ,no taste , they must have frozen them. The stuffing was terrible also.We will never buy anything else there.

Granted, this was a few years ago so I certainly hope they have gotten a new woman since then. I forgot to post right when it happened but I am still just floored that this would happen. I called and spoke to the planner about my upcoming wedding and how I would like to find out more about the venue, which seemed unusual and interesting. We made an appointment. I showed up, punctual as always and there was no one to be found. I walked around a little bit and it was like a ghost town. There appeared to be in office on the left and finally I found a young man and I told him I had an appointment with this lady. He went into the office and finally came out and said she was not there that day. I was shocked and upset. I did NOT make a mistake on the day. If I can't trust you to make our initial appointment why would I trust you with my wedding? We delayed it but I'm happy to say that I'm saving tens of thousands of dollars by finally getting married outside on Cape Cod and having dinner at another beautiful wedding venue.

A month ago I had the fish and chips and was very happy with the entire meal. I decided to get the same thing again and was so disappointed. The fish was half the size of the last time. And a quarter of it was all burnt batter. Then I realized they also forgot to give me my Cole slaw. Probably not going back. It would take a lot of convincing.

I've been there for lunch quite a few times. The food is delicious. The lunch specials have been very tasty. The portions are more than enough. We very rarely finish everything on our plate. The waitstaff is always pleasant and attentive. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it always seems to take 1 1/2 hrs. from start to walking out the door. We try to get in and out of a restaurant for lunch in an hour.

The food was delicious... However myself and my party of three others waited a cert long time to be able to place our drinks and then our orders..... Like I said, the food was delicious but we got there for seven o clock at night and were there until a bit after ten o clock, this was without alcoholic drinks, appetizers or dessert. Honestly, it was an itching circumstance. Especially because we were literally the LAST table in the restaurant listening to the vacuum in the other room after we had been done for quite a while. I wish I could say better but like I DID say, the food was very tasty.
